  • Visit our website and click the Become a Member button, or click directly here. You will be redirected to a third-party platform (JoinIt, a membership management software), where you can click JOIN to purchase your membership.

    You will need to provide your first name, last name, email address (this becomes your membership account), and create a password. Please note that once your information is submitted, it cannot be changed. Make sure to carefully review your details before clicking PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

    If you entered incorrect information, you can contact us at info@sverea.com to request an update.

  • After completing payment, you will receive an email where you can click Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet depending on your device. Follow the instructions, and your digital membership card will be added to your Apple or Google Wallet.

    If you ever need to retrieve your card again, go to your Membership Information Page and click View Membership Card. You’ll then be redirected to a page where you can resend the card. Click SEND CARD and the digital card will be delivered to your registered email address.

  • You can use your digital membership card at all of our partner stores (in-store only). Simply show your card from your Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or membership portal to enjoy exclusive discounts when purchasing their products or services.

    Merchants may verify your membership identity at checkout.

  • Some of our partners allow this, while others do not. Please check the Discounts page and click on each partner’s card to view the detailed policy and terms.

  • Remove the original card from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Then log in with your registered email on your new phone and resend your digital card from the Member Portal.

    Please note: if your original phone is an Android device, transferring the digital membership card to an Apple device may cause data corruption. If you plan to switch from Android to Apple, please contact our customer support for assistance.

  • Unfortunately, due to incompatibility between iOS and Android systems, you cannot add your digital membership card to both wallets simultaneously. Attempting to do so may result in issues such as incorrect card details, and in the worst case, errors with your membership account.

    If you would like to display your membership card on both Android and Apple devices, you can always log in to your Member Portal and present your card there when shopping with our partners.

    For easier access, we strongly recommend adding a shortcut to the card page on your phone’s home screen, so you can open it with a single tap.

  • If you experience technical issues with the Member Portal or your digital membership card, please contact us at info@sverea.com.

    If you face issues related to product or service quality from a partner provider, you must first resolve the matter directly with them. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us at info@sverea.com for further support.

  • Yes, you can cancel your SVEREA membership at any time. Once canceled, future automatic renewals will be stopped, but you will continue to enjoy membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
